Who is this for?

Our online education material, including e-Learning and podcast, are open to everyone.

Our bespoke education programmes are available to specific groups, including youth groups and Global South communities and leaders.

Who are we?

We are a not-for-profit organisation. Our content is developed by a community of experts and organisations with decades of on-the-ground and in-depth experience in climate, nature, conservation, finance and development. We also partner and collaborate with other reputable institutions who share our vision, in particular those based in the Global South.

Yuejia Peng

Founder & Managing Director, Chair of Trustees

Yuejia has over two decades of experience across private sector finance, consulting and research at Goldman Sachs, IHS Market and S&P Global. She worked with clients from 20+ countries on corporate and climate strategy and decision-making, carbon pricing and economic modelling, in-depth research on environmental policy and markets, as well as leading bespoke workshops on carbon, nature and environmental topics. In late 2023, she founded hub101.earth to improve access to quality knowledge and information for a broader audience.


Yuejia is Chinese Zimbabwean, and lives in London with her family, a dog, two cats and three goldfish. She has a BSc in maths and economics and a MSc in gender and development from the London School of Economics, as well as a MPhil in economics from University of Cambridge.
